The award-winning actress, best-selling author and globally-successful businesswomen has signed a multi-year deal with New York & Company to be the Brand Ambassador of its $200M “Soho Jeans” collection, and will also partner with the Company to develop her own ready-to-wear fashion line.

The new brand will be available at New York & Company stores and its ecommerce site as well as on its own dedicated ecommerce platform, with potential for additional retailer partnerships in the future—a first in New York & Company’s history.

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — Novus has joined Miss Universe Puerto Rico as the official footwear sponsor with an exclusive collection designed for the prestigious pageant.

The protagonist of this collection is the emblematic pointy “stiletto” pump in beige patent leather by Idoré. This is the perfect style for any contestant’s wardrobe, as it portrays elegance and confidence. The participants will also wear two metallic sandals: a silver specchio single-sole sandal and a rhinestone ornamented gold sandal.

Official pageant activities such as runways, workshops, social events, and the final competition, were taken into consideration in the selection of these styles in order to offer the aspiring contestants a variety of the highest quality footwear.

NEW YORK — Kiehl’s Since 1851, the venerable New York-based purveyor of fine quality skin and hair care continues its long-standing commitment to support HIV/AIDS charities, with its enduring partnership with amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, and the ninth annual motorcycle ride, Kiehl’s LifeRide for amfAR, taking place Aug. 6 through Aug. 10, 2018.

As the LifeRiders make their way through Southern California, this year, up to 1,500 supporters nationwide will be able to ride along with them, courtesy of CycleBar. The premium indoor cycling brand will be offering Kiehl’s LifeRide for amfAR classes in 30 CycleBar studios across the country, and, with approximately 50 bikes per studio, Kiehl’s will donate $30 per bike in one of these classes, as part of its overall donation to amfAR.

Kiehl’s will donate a total of $150,000 to amfAR over the course of this year’s events and activities, and at the conclusion of this year’s ride, Kiehl’s LifeRide for amfAR will have ridden more than 12,000 miles since 2010, and raised more than $1.9 million, funding ten cure-related research projects.

The proceeds from the 2018 Kiehl’s LifeRide for amfAR will fund a specific grant to aid the research of Dr. Gabriel Ozorowskia scientist at the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, CA.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif. — Genesis placed first in J.D. Power’s U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study among all brands. With a score of 884, Genesis topped the APEAL Study rankings. The first-place finish for Genesis in the 2018 APEAL Study represents a 15-point increase over its second-place finish in 2017.

Overall, the Genesis brand ranked first or second in nine of the ten premium vehicle attribute categories.

Salesforce, the San Francisco-based cloud computing company that sells customer relationship management tools, landed the No. 1 spot for the second year in a row for leveling the playing field regarding pay equality.

Salesforce has long been known for its lavish benefits and “family” culture among its 30,000 employees.  But it was chief personnel officer Cindy Robbins who first raised the issue of pay equality with CEO Marc Benioff in 2015.  “I had been discussing the wage gap for months with my colleague Leyla Seka,” says Robbins.  “We wanted to figure out what we could do to help other women at Salesforce.”  Benioff admits he was stunned when a subsequent analysis revealed a pay gap between men and women at the firm—and he stepped up to fix it, dedicating $3 million that year to correct the discrepancy, then another $3 million in 2017 to correct compensation differences by gender, race and ethnicity across the company.

Approximately 500 new jobs have been posted online at topgolf.com/careers, and MISSION: Ambition auditions begin in three weeks.

A Topgolf MISSION: Ambition hiring event is one of the most unique ways one will ever interview for a job. Cloaked in mystery, but full of intrigue, these events are Topgolf’s special way of showcasing its culture of fun and energy. Applicants are inspired to leave their dress-up clothes and pre-rehearsed answers at the door and start thinking mission-minded. Their time interviewing will consist of gathering intel and navigating through group activities, interactive panel interviews, one-on-one convos with Topgolf’s venue leadership teams, games and more.

The Porsche Design Chronograph 70Y Sportwagen PCA Edition is a members-only-offering accessible to the Porsche Club of America. Knowing the passion and dedication PCA members have for classic cars, this masterpiece incorporates some of the most iconic design elements, materials, and colors synonymous with Porsche and PCA. Each Porsche Design Chronograph 70Y Sportwagen PCA Edition, limited to 70 pieces, displays its engraved limitation number on the case back as confirmation of its exclusivity within the series. Powered by the new Porsche Design Werk 01.200, the first proprietary movement developed by the brand, this special timepiece illustrates watchmaking expertise from Porsche Design.

The highlight is its unique rotor in the shape of Porsche’s iconic Fuchs forged alloy wheel. The Fuchsfelge, introduced over 50 years ago for the Porsche 911, is the most distinguished wheel for classic Porsche cars. In celebration of 70 Years of Porsche sports cars, Porsche Design received official approval to use the renowned alloy wheel shape. The spinning Fuchsfelge rotor generates power, shifting it to the Porsche Design Chronograph 70Y Sportwagen PCA Edition, just like the wheel transfers power to the car from the road. Forged perfection: now available on the wrist. 

The COSC-certified chronograph features a flyback function housed in a 42 mm titanium case with black titanium-carbide coating –– a Porsche Design classic, providing maximum contrast and readability. The flyback complication historically links with motorsports, due to its ability to measure successive lap times quickly without resetting the chronograph function. The black carbon-fiber dial is accented with white minute-markers and guards-red flyback and stop-seconds hands. A function display at 9 o’clock illustrates the “70Y Sportwagen PCA Edition” name of the timepiece on the rotating disc to indicate the working of the movement. Contrasting Club Blau and Guards Red stitching on the black leather and Alcantara® strap make this watch an instant classic. A titanium double-fold-over clasp with black titanium-carbide coating and an integrated strap-changing mechanism add to the specialization of the strap. Each timepiece delivers in limited edition packaging, which includes a special booklet and plaque showing both logos for ’70Y’ Porsche and PCA.
