BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills today announces the innovative new Asian-inspired menus launched at The Rooftop by JG restaurant that serves as the culinary outdoor crown of the 12-story luxury hotel.
With its expansive views of Los Angeles from every seat of its large patio, The Rooftop by JG is a gathering place for hotel guests and locals alike.
Lunch offerings include Sesame-crusted Asparagus with a Yuzu Dipping Sauce, Black Pepper Shrimp with Sun-dried Pineapple Jicama, Spicy Thai Slaw and a variety of tacos.
Diners will delight in sunset views paired with light bites including Hamachi Sashimi offered with Fragrant Coconut Juice, Chili Tapioca and Tropical Fruit, Chicken and Coconut Milk Soup or Chili Rubbed Beef Skewer with a Thai Basil Dipping Sauce. Main courses feature Roasted Cod with Malaysian Chili Sauce, Grilled Skirt Steak with Bok Choy, Coriander and Sesame and a flavorful Thai Short Rib Burger served with Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Crispy Potatoes.
