Optimize digestion by eating food in order

Blood sugar stabilization is based upon balance. During the digestion process, each nutrient is chemically broken down at a different pace. Carbohydrates break down the fastest, then protein, and then fat. By consuming your nutrients in a particular order it helps slow down the digestion of the carbohydrates and keeps the blood sugar stable.

Here is the order we recommend:

Eat your protein first. Protein begins its chemical breakdown in the stomach.

Eat your fat second. Fat slows down the release of HCL (hydrochloric acid), the acid of the
stomach. The breakdown of all nutrients is slowed down by less HCL.

Eat your carbohydrates last. Carbohydrates begin their chemical breakdown in the mouth. Eating them last in the meal allows the other nutrients to begin their digestion process first. This enables a better time release of all nutrients into the blood and prevents a blood sugar spike.

Please remember this procedure is only a suggestion. I have many people who achieve fantastic results and consume their nutrients all together. I invite you to experiment and see if you notice a difference.
