The Jacksonville Jaguars have traded cornerback Jalen Ramsey to the Los Angeles Rams for first-round draft picks in 2020 and ’21 and a fourth-rounder in 2021 according to nfl.com.
Ramsey joins former Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles and defensive end Dante Fowler on the West Coast.
The move to acquire Ramsey tops off a day that saw the Rams reshuffle the deck of their secondary by placing corner Aqib Talib on injured reserve and trading corner Marcus Peters to the Baltimore Ravens for linebacker Kenny Young and an undisclosed 2020 draft pick.
Jalen Ramsey didn’t miss a paycheck….and got what he wanted.
Jacksonville gets back a haul of picks.
Rams get the best CB in the game.
Win-win-win.
