The Buffalo Bills made a splash on NFL cut down day by releasing six-time Pro Bowl running back LeSean McCoy according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
McCoy was in the final year of his contract and was set to earn just over $6 million this season and according to ProFootballTalk.com, the Bills did not ask him to take a pay cut prior to releasing him.
McCoy had a career-low 514 rushing yards in 2018.
