On Friday, Jan. 4, ESPN’s popular morning debate show First Take will return to Dallas for the third time in three months ahead of the Dallas Cowboys hosting Saturday night’s NFC Wild Card Game against the Seattle Seahawks. Noted Cowboys critic, Stephen A. Smith – alongside Max Kellerman and host Molly Qerim Rose – will once again face the home fans at Texas Live! in Arlington.

“The energy from the fans at the previous shows in Dallas has been truly unique,” said David Roberts, ESPN vice president, production. “Add in that the Cowboys will be playing in a win-or-go-home Wild Card showdown this weekend and it should make for some unforgettable moments between Stephen A. and the Dallas faithful.”

Come see the First Take team and special guests discuss, debate and preview the Seahawks-Cowboys Wild Card Game in person. The event is free and available to the public, with doors opening at 7:30 a.m. CT. The show will run from 9-11 a.m. local time (10 a.m. – noon ET) on ESPN and the ESPN App.

The on-site show will kick off a significant period of postseason football across ESPN. ESPN’s Monday Night Football team will call Saturday afternoon’s AFC Wild Card Game between the Indianapolis Colts and the Houston Texans at 4:35 p.m. ET. Then, on Monday, Jan. 7, ESPN will provide its MegaCast production of the College Football Playoff National Championship Game as Clemson takes on Alabama at 8 p.m. ET.
