The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Tennessee Titans 35-24 in the AFC Championship at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.

This will be the Chiefs first trip to the Super Bowl in 50 years.

In the NFC Championship, the San Francisco 49ers defeated the Green Bay Packers 37-20 at Levis Stadium in Santa Clara.

San Francisco will be attempting to win their sixth Super Bowl title, tying them for the most all time with the Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots.
