“We look for ladies with a special sparkle to serve as world class performers and goodwill ambassadors for the Dallas Cowboys,” said Kelli Finglass, Director of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. “The ladies selected for the 2018 squad must be talented entertainers who are well spoken, poised, attractive and approachable for fans worldwide.  This is a unique opportunity for them to perform as dancers on the largest stages in the world.

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders have been often imitated throughout the world, but never equaled in terms of beauty, style, athleticism and worldwide popularity.

The blue and white star-spangled uniforms have unquestionably become an iconic symbol of America.

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders perform for more than 80,000 fans at all home games in AT&T Stadium, publish 5 formats of calendars each year in their annual calendar collection, and have traveled on 82 USO/AFE tours, spanning 42 countries entertaining men, women and families of American military personnel.

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders made history as the first cheerleading squad to have two self-titled made for television movies, make countless appearances in film and television, and are the only entity to have been honored the USO’s “Spirit of Hope Award.”

They have also been inducted into the VFW Hall of Fame, and awarded the American Legion’s Distinguished Service Medal in recognition of the many years of dedicated service to the men, women and families of American Armed Forces.

On February 26, 2018, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders uniform and artifacts were added to the sports, entertainment, and pop culture collection in our nation’s museum, The Smithsonian National Museum of American History forever recognizing their impact on sports and community.
