TCU defeated Duquesne 45-3 in the season opener at Amon Carter Stadium in Fort Worth.

The teams’ coaches agreed to play 12-minute quarters after halftime with the Horned Frogs leading 35-0.

It was the 19th victory in the past 20 home openers for TCU head coach Gary Patterson.

Up next for TCU is a home game against Cal while Duquesne takes on Ohio.
