The TCU Horned Frogs defeated the Iowa State Cyclones 17-14 at Amon Carter Stadium in Fort Worth.
The Horned Frogs won on Jonthan Song’s 28-yard field goal with 37 seconds remaining in the game.
TCU has an open week before welcoming the Texas Tech Red Raiders to Fort Worth for a Thursday night nationally-televised game on Oct. 11.
Next up for Iowa State is a road game at Oklahoma State in Stillwater, OK.
