The Chicago Luvabulls 2021 auditions are set for July 31.

Virtual Audition” Saturday July 31 – 12 pm-5 pm
- Those participating in our Virtual Audition process will receive a link to the audition choreography at 12:00pm on Saturday, July 31
- You will then have from 12:00pm –3:00pm to learn the choreography, film yourself performing the routine and upload your video as an unlisted YouTube link.
- Once your video has been uploaded, you must then respond to the email that you received the choreography from with your YouTube link
- Once your video has been reviewed, you will receive an email that will state if you are moving forward in the audition process
- Please note that some participants may be invited to a Virtual “Call Back” via Zoom at 4:00pm
- If you are invited to the Virtual Call Back, a Zoom link will be emailed to you directly

Details and Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old as of July 31, 2021 and bring government-issued ID.
- Must have training in jazz and hip-hop, with an emphasis on synchronized dance team choreography. Tumbling skills and cheer stunts are a plus, but not required.
- Must reside in the Chicagoland area and have a reliable means of transportation.
- Please wear dance or athletic attire and gym shoes.
- Hair and makeup should be glamorous and sophisticated.
- Please come prepared with kneepads, water and snack(s).
- There are no minimum or maximum height or weight requirements.
- Both live and virtual candidates must be available to attend a three-day Training Camp from August 3 – August 5.
- The 2021-22 Chicago Luvabulls team will be announced on August 6.
- All candidates must be available to begin rehearsals the week of August 16 and be available for all Bulls home games through the end of the NBA season, including Playoffs.
Things to know:
- The Luvabulls are professional dancers, but the job is a part-time position.
- The Luvabulls typically rehearse on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but subject to change based on game and appearance schedules.
- The Luvabulls appear at corporate and charity events around the city and have also appeared internationally in Europe, Asia and South America.
- Auditions are closed to the public. Friends and family are not allowed to watch.
Health & Safety Protocols:
- All candidates must sign a health and safety waiver upon registration
- Live candidates must remain socially distanced, unless advised otherwise
- Live candidates must wear a mask, unless advised otherwise
