Dallas Mavericks Announce Local Television Schedule

The Dallas Mavericks announced their local television schedule which includes 80 regular season games on FOX Sports Southwest and one game on TXA 21. 

FOX Sports Southwest tips off its coverage of the 2017-18 season on Oct. 18 as the Mavericks play host to battle the Atlanta Hawks in the season opener. FSSW will also be there covering the Mavericks on Apr. 10 when the Phoenix Suns travel to Dallas to close out the regular season with a pivotal Western Conference matchup.

Some of FOX Sports Southwest’s telecasts will also include three games vs. the World Champion Golden State Warriors (Oct. 23, Jan. 3 and Feb. 8), both games against LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers (Nov. 11 and Apr. 1) and eight total games between instate rivals San Antonio (Nov. 14, Nov. 27, Dec. 12 and Dec. 16) and Houston (Oct. 21, Jan. 24, Feb. 11 and Mar. 11).

TXA 21 will broadcast its lone contest on Dec. 23 when the Mavericks travel to Atlanta to take on the Hawks.

Mark Followill returns for his 13th season as television play-by-play announcer for all FSSW telecasts.  Former Maverick great Derek Harper is back for his seventh season on the telecast as the team’s color commentator, while Jeff “Skin” Wade enters his ninth season as an analyst.

All of the regular season games can be heard on ESPN 103.3 FM and in Spanish on Univision Deportes (1270 AM).
