The PDC Spotlight is a monthly lifestyle feature focusing on professional sports dancers and their interests outsi

de of the dance world. The May 2018 edition features Hannah from the Dallas Stars Ice Girls.

PDC: Scenario is you win $25,000 on a game show to spend at Northpark Center. Which stores are

you going to and what are you going to buy?

HANNAH: The first thing I would buy would be a new iPhone and laptop from the Apple store considering both of mine are broke right now! I’d probably spend a decent amount of money on makeup from Sephora and shoes from Steve Madden. I’m a dress fanatic so I would buy some dresses from Free People and Neiman Marcus. With any reaming money left, I would buy some jewelry for my mom from Tiffany & Co. and a new phone for my dad from AT&T.

PDC: What are some of your favorite foods and corresponding restaurants?

HANNAH: I’m always up for good Chinese food! There’s a small Chinese restaurant from my home town that I’ve been eating at for years that I love to go to. I get the chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken every single time. If I’m not eating there, you can usually find me eating a baked potato from any local barbecue place such as Dickies. If we’re going somewhere a little more fancy, I love to eat at Kobe Steakhouse. They’re steak is amazing and who doesn’t love a show with their food?

PDC: What is your favorite guilty pleasure food?

HANNAH: I usually go in phases. Right now it’s Reese’ Peanut Butter Cups and Sour Cream and Onion Pringles.

PDC: Now that we’ve talked foods, what are some of the ways you stay in shape?

HANNAH: I try to stay as active as I can. I have apps on my phone that have workouts for different areas of your body that I like to use. Every now and then I like to switch it up and find fun classes to attend like aerial yoga or any dance classes in the area. Hiking is my favorite form of exercise so if I have time, I like to find trails to hike on. And of course, an occasional dance session will breakout in my bedroom!

PDC: Where would you go for your dream vacation and why?

HANNAH: Japan has been my dream destination ever since I was a little girl. If I ever get the chance to, I’d love to visit during the spring time with my best friend to checkout the scenery and learn more about their culture. If I had to choose another place, I would love to take castle tours in Scotland with my mom. It’s something we’ve always wanted to do!
