The Knicks City Dancers Auditions are Sunday June 18th at Madison Square Garden.
Candidates should use the 7th Avenue entrance to MSG located between 31st and 33rd and should line up no earlier than 9 a.m. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. for registration and doors close promptly at 11 a.m.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years or older as of Sunday June 18, 2017. Bring photo ID
Versatile dancers with strong technical training in any or all of the following styles: Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theater, Ballroom, Hip Hop, etc.
Experienced technicians, trained in executing choreography with precision
Dancers who exude a professional performance quality
Articulate, well-spoken, confident women to represent the Knicks brand
Must wear form-fitting dance attire and bring character shoes/ heels and sneakers/jazz shoes. Polished hair and makeup.
Headshots and callbacks will collected at callbacks
NOTE – Participants should bring snacks and water. May be asked to stay as late as 6 p.m.
CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND
Callbacks Monday June 19-Wednesday June 21.
Majority of Knicks home games during the 2017-18 season.
Afternoon and evening rehearsals starting July 2017-June 2018
