Callie’s Corner: #WorkoutWednesday Tabata

 

It’s #WorkoutWednesday! This week’s post is short and sweet (just the way we like it, am I right?!).

Here’s a total body Tabata workout you can hammer out in the gym. Yes, you have to pick up those battle ropes 😉 Let’s get started:

* With each set below, perform each exercise as fast as you can for 20 seconds, and then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this cycle for a total of four minutes per exercise, including both work and rest time.*

1. Alternating Battle Ropes (Check form here)

2. Squats with an Overhead Press

3. Push-ups 

4. Burpees

5. Russian Twists

6. Skaters (Check form here)

7. Triceps Dips
