Callie’s Corner: Want to Burn 1,000 Calories in One Class? #WorkoutWednesday

Happy #WorkoutWednesday! Want to burn 1,000 calories and have fun while doing it? If you’re in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Booty Bounce boot camp at Power House of Dance Dallas has got you covered! This high-energy class is a unique mix of Taebo/boxing and P90X… all while sweating it out to your favorite booty music! 

“It’s an incredible cardio workout that is so much fun for me to teach,” said Booty Bounce instructor and Allen American Ice Angels Director, Stephanie Di Biase-Wheat. “Part of my job is to motivate and get you to finish strong. There’s a huge sense of accomplishment when you’re done with this class!”

Personally, this class that has quickly become one of my most favorite ways to get a sweat in on Monday nights. Not only has it helped with my stamina, but I’m also noticing additional muscle definition in my arms and core!
