Happy #WorkoutWednesday and Turkey Day Eve! If you’re anything like just about the rest of America, you will be chowing down on turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes (let’s be real- no one’s going to say ‘no’ to the gravy), sweet potato casserole, and pumpkin pie tomorrow. But before you put your stretchy pants on and dig in, I challenge you to do the following at-home workout:

-Run 1 mile and then perform the following exercises:

-30 walking lunges (with weights by your side if you have them. If you want to increase the difficulty, add a biceps curl to every lunge)
-20 push-ups
-10 inch worms (see the picture gallery below for demonstration. For a full inchworm, start in a standing position, do steps 1-3, then reverse the steps and stand back up. That’s one rep! Try to keep your torso as still as possible by engaging your core)

-100 jumping jacks
-50 jump squats
-50 double count mountain climbers
-20 cherry pickers (aka, burpees without the push-up. click here for form)

-30 double count bicycle kicks
-20 skaters
-10 burpees

-30 double count Russian twists (with your weights if you have them)
-20 triceps dips
-10 plank up-downs (or if you have bosu balls, try the plank variation at the top of this post and hold each side for at least 30 seconds)

Cool down and stretch! Happy Thanksgiving, ya’ll!
