LOS ANGELES— Boasting an innovative dual-pixel camera and a wireless charging battery, Samsung’s new flagship phone, the Galaxy S7, is designed to perform. Pioneering fashion brand STIL is bringing high fashion and a designer’s vision to the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Their line of TARGA and PAVISE cases envelops the S7 in a luxury outer shell, fitting the phone’s technical prowess.
STIL proved their ability to bring designer fashion to smartphones with their iPhone 6 and 6s cases, unveiled last year and widely praised at CES in January. Their new cases for the Galaxy S7 further refine the concept of a high-fashion phone case. Pushing the envelope of smartphone case design, STIL’s roster of designers has experience spanning luxury fashion to industrial design.
The AGNES case from the PAVISE line, offers 5 convenient card slots wrapped in an Italian leather outer for both utility and a touch of class. Available in beige and dark grey, the case completes the modern and luxurious profile for the Galaxy S7 with shock-absorbent protection and a detachable key ring.
“We are always tossing around concepts and materials to push the boundaries of phone case design,” says Narry Kim, one of STIL’s lead designers for phone cases. “For the Galaxy S7, we wanted to complete the luxurious feeling the flagship phone’s performance features offer. The PAVIS and TARGA line really bring out the exterior beauty of this technologically powerful smartphone.”
STIL’s two lines take different approaches to smartphone case design:
- PAVISE cases have minimalist designs that are inspired by nature and accented by repeated geometric motifs. Earthy colors like brown and beige perfectly complement wood and leather than have been distressed to give them a more natural patina.
- TARGA cases mix avant garde designs with traditional craftsmanship, featuring strongly defined geometry and metallic accents that add a touch of shine. The premium leather and polished metal are of the highest quality.
For the Galaxy S7, the design team brought more of a unified concept to the PAVISE and TARGA lines, which were initially introduced for the iPhone.
For example, the elegant metallic design of the CHAIN VEIL case from the TARGA line offers a sleek polycarbonate back cover inspired by armor worn by medieval knights. The HYBRID CLEAR design from the PAVISE line delivers the same sleek and elegant feel of CHAIN VEIL offers but is based on a more modern looking thermoplastics polyurethane.

In 2015, Samsung shipped over 45 million units of the previous flagship models the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. With the South Korean conglomerate reporting higher-than-expected pre-orders for the Galaxy S7, Newvit expects many of those buyers to match Samsung’s interior hardware with STIL’s luxurious cases to create the perfect smartphone experience.
The STIL cases for the Galaxy S7 will be available on Amazon starting March 11th. In celebration of the launch, Newvit is offering a ‘super-week’ of sales during March where cases will be discounted up to 40%.
