Through the partnership, PANDORA will support Dress for Success and the women they help by committing to a $500,000 donation in 2016, plus donating PANDORA jewelry to Dress for Success boutiques across North America.

As part of Dress for Success’s Suiting Program, job-ready women come to Dress for Success by referral from a range of community-based organizations. Each woman works one-on-one with a highly trained volunteer personal shopper who helps her select professional attire and also provides support and encouragement as she prepares for her upcoming job interviews. Dress for Success provides each client with a career suit, cosmetics, footwear and now a piece of PANDORA jewelry. After a client finds work, she can return to Dress for Success for a full week’s worth of professional attire.
