A favorite childhood game – dodgeball – gets wild, woolly and goofy when the grownups take over!
NBA All-Star, Olympic Gold Medalist and Dallas Mavericks point guard Deron Williams is inviting North Texans 18 and older to sign up and show off their mad dodge-baller skills – or come watch – his Celebrity Dodge Barrage on Saturday, Sept. 10, from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. at Frisco Fieldhouse USA. Amateur and celebrity teams – including Deron, his Dallas Maverick teammates and other NBA players – will compete in the round-robin-style dodgeball tournament, which is presented by Morgan Stanley.
Only 64 teams are permitted and 1,000 spectator tickets remain!
Registration is $500 per team, and players must be at least 18 years of age. Deadline to register is Aug. 29.
Spectator tickets are $10 per person (with children 5 and under free).
Proceeds from the event benefit Deron’s Points of Hope Foundation, which supports autism awareness, education and research.
