The Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue Dancers presented by Miller Lite audition process began at Valley Ranch with a huge crowd of hopefuls lined up out the door and down into the parking lot of the Cowboys team headquarters.
The final auditions were held during the Dallas Cowboys NFL Draft Party at AT&T Stadium. Thousands of Cowboys fans were on hand and ecstatic as the team selected Ezekiel Elliott in the first round and they cheered on the DCRB candidates down to the announcement of the DCRB training camp candidates.
After an intense three-week training camp, Director Jenny Durbin Smith announced the 2016-17 Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue Dancers.
